Experience : 5-12 Years
Qualification : B Tech/(Mechanical, Instrumentation, Electrical, EEE)- Minimum 60%
Skill : Technical Skills
Responsible for overseeing all instrumentation tasks of OSD plant, covering both process and non-process areas.
Manage instrumentation and calibration activities for process and packing area equipment.
Skilled in utilizing AWW Concepts, 55, Autonomous Maintenance, predictive maintenance, and problem- solving methodologies like Kaizens and OPLs.
2) Department : Team Lead- Instrumentation
Experience : 12-16Years
Qualification : B Tech/M Tech(Mechanical, Instrumentation, Electrical, EEE)- Minimum 60%
Skill : Technical Skills
Experiences of Hardware & Software trouble shooting
of PLC, HMI, SCADA.
Experience of CSV & 21 CFR in Pharmaceutical OSD facility.
Leading Electrical and Instrumentation for Site
3) Department : Team Lead-Production
Experience : 10-15 Years
Qualification : B. Pharm, M. Pharm Minimum 60%
Skill : Technical Skills
Knowledge of granulation, blending, compression, coating, capsulation, inspection, dispensing
Proficiency in utilizing MES software to execute batch manufacturing activities and ensure compliance with e-BMR instructions.
Understanding of Quality Management Systems, Teamhandling experience is must.
