For Production/ Instrumentation/ CPP/ Mechanical/ Electrical Dept 

We are looking for a suitable talent for below mentioned positions for our Chemicals Business at Dahej (Gujarat):

1) Sr. Executive / Jr. Engineer / Technician - Production (Continuous Plant only)

Qualification: B.E. / B. Tech. in Chemical Engineering Full Time (Throughout First-Class Mandatory)/Diploma in Chemical Engg./M. Sc/Regular ITI AOCP.

Experience: 4-6 Years of experience in Continuous Chemical Plant only.

Candidate must have hands on experience of Distillation Column, Multiple Reactors handling, Trouble shooting, knowledge of various pumps & valves and other field activity, work permit system etc.

(Minimum 2 Years DCS exposure is must for Senior Executive & Junior Engineers).

Age Limit: Below 32 Year,

2) Senior Executive / Junior Engineer / Technician - Instrumentation

Qualification: B.E. / B. Tech. in Inst. & Control Engineering - Full Time (Throughout First-Class Mandatory)/Diploma in I & C Engineering/ITI IMCP.

Experience: 4-6 Years in Chemical and Petrochemical Industry.

Experience on DCS/PLC system, Foundation field bus Experience is most preferable, Experience in Testing, Calibration, Troubleshooting & Analysis of various instruments like Control valve, Mass flow meter, Analyser, Level Tx., Pressure Tx. etc.

Age Limit: Below 32 Year.

3) Senior Executive - Mechanical

Qualification: B.E/ B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering Full Time (Throughout First-Class Mandatory).

Experience: 4-8 Years in Chemical/Specialty Chemical Industry.

Basic knowledge of Glass line Reactors, Graphite equipment, ANF, RVPD, Vacuum systems, pumps, Rotary Equipments.

Exposure of safety system, HAZOP process and standards, HIRA, PSSR. Planning and execution, Communication, Interpersonal skills, Teamwork.

Age Limit: Below 32 Year.

4) DCS Engineer - Captive Power Plant

Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience: 4-8 years of experience in Power plant (CFBC Boiler & Turbine).

Candidate must have hands on experience of operation of power plant. Knowledge of controlling & monitoring CFBC Boiler, Back pressure turbine, Condensing turbine, manpower handling etc.

Age Limit: Below 32 Year.

5) Technician - Electrical

Qualification: ITI Electrician.

Experience: 4-6 years of experience in Chemical plant.

Should have knowledge of LT/HT system, VFD, Starter, Electrical plant equipment and its trouble shooting, He should have exp. in Flame proof equipment & MCC/I-MCC is mandatory.

Age Limit: Below 32 Year.
