Inviting candidates for a walk- in interview for Injectable Manufacturing Plant at Vadodara from 3rd April to 6th April from 2:30 pm to 5 pm.

Venue : Zydus Lifescience Limited, Survey Nos. 434 / 6 / B & 434 / 1 / K , Village – Jarod , Tal- Waghodiya, Dist – Vaddodara.


Injectable Quality Assurance

IPQA – Executive / Sr. Executive : B. Pharm / M. Pharm with 2-10 years of relevant experience. The job requires knowledge of IPQA, Equipment Validation / Qualification & QMS roles.

IPQA – Associate Manager / Manager : B. Pharm / M. Pharm with 12-15 years of relevant experience. The incumbent will be responsible for in process quality assurance, batch release and should ensure compliance at shop floor. The job requires knowledge of IPQA, Equipment Validation / Qualification & QMS roles.


Injectable

Engineering Plant Maintenance - Sr. Executive :

B. E / B. Tech – Mechanical / Instrumentation with 2-7 years of experience in Pharma injectable. Candidates should have expertise in process equipment’s – Vial Washing / Tunnel / Autoclaves / Lyophilizer / Isolator and would be responsible for handling QMS elements such as change control, deviation, CAPA, QRM, SOP preparation etc. and would also be responsible for SAP entry for preventive maintenance and breakdown.


Injectable Production - Autoclave, Compounding, Vial Washing / Tunnel / Capping & Lyophilizer - Operator : D. Pharm / DME / ITI with 1-7 years of relevant experience in operating production machines like Autoclave, Compounding, Washing / Tunnel / Capping & Lyophilizer.


Injectable Production - Compounding / Autoclave / Lyophilizer & Aseptic Filling - Sr. Executive : B. Pharm / M. Pharm with 3-7 years of relevant experience in the Batch Manufacturing area, Lyophilizer & Aseptic Filling activities.


Injectable Packing Supervisor - Executive / Sr. Executive : B. E / B. Tech / B. Pharma with 1-4 years of experience in Pharma Injectable. Candidates should have the expertise in supervision and troubleshooting of labelling machine, check weigher and Track and Trace system. They should possess the skill to execute documentation (Batch packing record), managing machine logs, managing manpower and ensuring proper resource utilization.


Injectable QC

QC-Microbiology Analyst : B.Sc.- Microbiology / M.Sc.- Microbiology candidates having more than 5 years of experience as analyst role with Pharma background.

Apprentice – Production : Candidates would be responsible for Aseptic Filling, Vial Washing / Tunnel / Capping / Packing / Visual Inspection. They should have passed 10th / 12th examinations / ITI – AOCP, MMCP, COPA / D.Pharm / B.Pharm from Government college only.

Apprentice – Engineering : Diploma from Government Collage - Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation / ITI – Electrical, MMCP, RFM, Instrumentation, Fitter.

FTE – Production, Packing : Candidates should have passed 10th / 12th examinations / ITI with 1-2 years of relevant experience in operating production machines like Autoclave, Compounding, Washing / Tunnel / Capping & Lyophilizer / Visual Inspection / Packing. 

FTE – Engineering : Candidates should have passed 10th / 12th / ITI with 1-2 years of relevant experience in operating production machines in Engineering Department – Utility, HVAC, Electrical, Process Maintenance and Water System.


For all the positions of Injectable, candidates having exposure to USFDA regulatory requirements is essential.

All the employees will be working in shifts according to work allocation. The shift deployment for male candidates will be A / B / C and for female candidates the shift allocation will be A / G (day shift).

Candidates can walk in with a recent copy of their resume, all original relevant qualification certificates / mark sheets, PAN Card, Aadhar Card, latest increment letter, experience letter of previous organizations if any and salary slips for the last 3 months.
