Education: Ph.D. Chemistry

Experience: 2 to 5 Years

Key aspects of the role

Literature survey for new and existing product development Conduct

research & actively scan the external environment to generate ideas for new products & technologies relevant to the company's business.

New Product development planning and execution. Define the technical specification as per marketing requirements. Leads process improvement to enhance product performance & customer delight

2) Executive R&D | 15

Location: Avania, Bhavnagar

Education: M.Sc

Experience: 0 to 5 Years

Key aspects of the role

Conduct scientific experiments based on the Literature review or papers or patents.

Development of new analytical methods including instrumental and wet analysis based on the available resource or literature

3) Process Engineer Pilot Plant | 05

Location: Avania, Bhavnagar and Bhuj, Kutch

Education: BE Chemical

Experience: 6 to 8 Years

Key aspects of Key aspects the role:

resolve process issues to ensure

Troubleshoot plant operations sustained & efficient plant operations

Study and implement tools for identifying process issues and adopting a systematic approach to developing & implementing solutions Propose implement changes in manufacturing processes and process norms/standards for improvement in quality, efficiency, etc.

4) Plant Incharge / Shift Incharge - Pilot Plant | 10

Location: Avania, Bhavnagar

Education: BE/ Diploma Chemical

Experience: 3 to 8 Years

Work with the R&D team to transfer technology from the laboratory to pilot scale.

Operating a modern Pilot Plant facility

Apply chemical engineering principles and models to develop scalable and robust processes.

5) Plant Operator - Pilot Plant | 10

Location: Avania, Bhavnagar

Education: ITI AOCP

Experience: 0 to 4 Years

Key aspects of the role

Good knowledge of chemical plant operation, material handling, safety, work in shift duty.

6) Officer/Executive - EHS/Safety | 05

Location: Avania, Bhavnagar

Education: PDIS

Experience: 3 to 6 Years

Key aspects of the role:

Lead and model safety excellence

Minimize hazards and proactively reduce risk in the workplace -Investigate incidents or near-misses and lead root cause analysis Safety training
