Position : Business Process Excellence and Value Realisation

Job Location: Mumbai

Position Brief : The incumbent will play a pivotal role in driving process optimization, efficiency enhancement and value realization initiatives across the organization. He/she will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to identify, analyse and improve business processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and maximizing returns on technology investments.

Qualification : PhD/Masters/ Bachelor's degree Engineering, or related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, Project Management) preferred.

Experience : 10+ years in business process improvement, value realization, or related roles, preferably within a large-scale organization or enterprise environment

Industry Preferred : CRO/CDMO/Research/Consulting

Preferred Skills : 

• Strong understanding of process optimization methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean), performance measurement techniques and change management principles.

• Experience with process mapping tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio), project management software and data analytics platforms.

• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyse complex problems, identify root causes and develop practical solutions.

• Exceptional communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.

• Demonstrated ability to drive results, prioritize initiatives and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
