Following GLP, GMP

Maintaining related raw data and logbooks.

Inform OOS/OOT, Incident & Deviation to section In- Charge.

Mandatory Documents To Carry: Updated resume, All educational certificates (Provisionals), Aadhar & Pan card xerox copies. Present company appointment letter, Latest increment letter with CTC breakup & last three months' payslips. All previous companies relieving/experience letters.
