Education: B.E / B. Tech - Chemical Engineer

Work Location: Halol, Vadodara

Industry: Chemical / Agro Chemical / Speciality Chemicals

Profile:

•Development of safe-scalable cost-effective processes in the Kilo Lab / Pilot plant.

•Support commissioning of processes at the commercial plant, which are developed in the KL/PP.

•Trouble shooting existing processes as per business / production requirement

•Should have worked in KL/PP and scale-up team.

•Working with various chemicals in specialty with experience in specialty chemical industry.

•Should have worked on batch & continuous processes development in KL/PP.

•Should have sound technical knowledge of safety practices in process design.

•Basic engineering calculations - Utility, solvent recovery - Mass balance and energy balance,

• Block diagram, PFD, Layout, Equipment list

• Support the design team for PFD, P&ID, Equipment sizing, MOC selection.

• To find out different strategy of operation to enhance productivity/yield OR reduce time cycle and utilization of energy.
