Position: Deputy Manager

Education: PhD in Chemistry / M.Sc Organic Chemistry

Experience: More than 10 years 

Responsibility:

• Generate & Evaluate innovative ideas for new products an process development on accordance to the market /customer needs.

• Initiates, Investigates and implements new methods, process improvements and cost savings projects in product/Quality & Process

• Responsible to initiate, evaluate, plan, direct and manage a team of chemist and report all activities related to QA/QC of Product/new products/improvements/cost saving measures.

• Initiate/Execute/coordinate activities for developing laboratory & pilot plant infrastructure. Develop & execute experimental

• Write technical reports, publications and patents.

• Lead QC and QA with timely trouble shooting and analysis with rectification in case of deviation as and when required.

• Ensure compliance as per applicable directives and acts.

• Skill development of sub-ordinates through training and mentoring for effective utilization.

• Coordinate Internationally for activities aligned.

Skills:

• Good Communication skills

• Good knowledge of MS Office tools and LIMS and SAP
