Job Description: 

• Preparing mass and energy balances and utility balances.
• Developing block flow diagrams and process flow diagrams.
• Creating and refining P&IDs.
• Specifying equipment and creating process sheets for pumps, heat exchangers, tanks, etc.
• Estimating project costs.
• Managing projects from basic engineering to procurement, erection, and commissioning, ensuring timelines and cost control.
• Conducting periodic reviews to ensure proper project implementation.
• Communicating with the Germany-based Technology team for assigned projects.
• Implementing process improvements for defined projects.
• Ensuring Hazop studies are completed for all assigned projects.
• Conducting process development experiments to scale in a laboratory setting.
