Experience: 0-8 years of industrial experience in agro chemicals, fine chemicals, pharma-API, or specialty chemicals.

Skills: Strong analytical and data management skills, proficiency in literature search, and lab work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Development: Lead project development initiatives, including literature surveys and bench-scale experiments.
• Documentation: Prepare and validate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain necessary documentation.
• Analytical Support: Coordinate with analytical teams for sample preparation and quality optimization.
• Lab Maintenance: Ensure proper maintenance of lab equipment and adherence to safety protocols.
• Financial Management: Contribute to budget proposals and manage project-related financials.
• Team Leadership: Lead problem-solving sessions and training programs for team members.
