Qualification: B.Sc/M.Sc/B.Tech Mechanical/Chemical engineering
Experience: 04-07 years
Responsibilities:
1. System management related to plant maintenance
- Maintain ISO systems
- Maintain systems, guidelines, procedures and formats as per need
- Ensure record keeping and its utilization for improvements
- Operational Excellence
2. Maintenance
- Preventive maintenance & changeover of packing line equipment's.
- Preventive and breakdown maintenance of formulation, packing line.
- HSE compliances as per designs.
3. System management related to plant maintenance
- Maintain 150 systems
- Maintain systems, guidelines, procedures and formats as per need
- Ensure record keeping and its utilization for improvements.
- Operational Excellence
4. Meeting Statutory and organizational requirements
- Legal requirements related to packing.
- Customer requirements and guidelines Proper utiliyzation of existing resources & meet the required output. Maintain the product quality & control on losses of RM/PM as per norms
- Preparation of various reports and analysis
- Perform analysis of data and implement action plan evaluated from cause analysis
- Ensure safe practices in the function and people
Financial Responsibilities
- Proper utilization of existing resources & meet the required output.

Required Skills:
- Ability to take responsibility to run formulation plant independentty
- Knowledge of Manpower Planning
- Good Technical knowledge of own as well as related fields
- Knowledge of handling instruments
- Knowledge of SAP
