Qualification: M.Sc. / B.Pharm / M.Pharm

Experience: 20 to 25 years in Sterile / Injectable.

Role & Responsibilities:

•Lead the Quality System of the Organization, encompassing Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Microbiology.

•Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (EU, TGA, PICS, ANVISA, MHRA) and maintain product quality standards.

•Develop and implement quality management systems, ensuring adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).

•Collaborate across departments for the successful delivery of high-quality products.

•Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure robust systems for corrective actions and non-conformance handling.

•Oversee Quality Control Laboratories, ensuring materials and products meet specifications.

•Ensure proper documentation of testing, sampling procedures, and stability programs for injectable products.

•Mentor and develop the quality team to maintain high performance and knowledge levels.

•Promote a culture of quality and ensure cross-functional collaboration within the site.
