Position: AGM/DGM - API PRODUCTION
Qualification: B.E-B.Tech (Chemical Engg.)
Experience: 18 years of core API manufacturing experience
Skills: Strong leadership and management skills with experience in managing a large diverse team
Job Responsibility:
- Draw production plan, mobilizing and managing manpower, machines and material resources to optimize operational efficiency
- Implement improvement/modification/remedial projects to meet the latest cGMP & safety requirements and enhance process efficiency
- Define norms of consumption of raw materials/other inputs and introducing process control improvements to the prevent process wastages and enhance operational efficiency
- Driving cost control measure to keep operational expenses within budgetary norms
- Manage planned and unplanned investigation, deviation, change control, SOP revision, etc.
