Key Responsibilities:
- Complete online documentation for production activities, including batch manufacturing records, batch packing records, and log books.
- Perform calibration and daily verification of weighing balances as per the schedule.
- Operate and clean machines and areas according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Obtain line clearance from Quality Assurance to start operations as required.
- Allocate tasks to operators and workmen in line with the production plan.
- Maintain temperature and humidity control in the processing area as specified in the Batch Manufacturing and Packing Records.
- Conduct in-process checks at various stages of batch manufacturing and filling.
- Ensure products are produced and stored according to SOPs, maintaining required quality standards.
- Prepare the area for different regulatory audits.
- Follow all labeling procedures for areas, equipment, and products.
- Receive and manage dispensed raw materials for manufacturing.
- Ensure product yield at each stage aligns with Batch Manufacturing Records and primary packing.
- Report any abnormalities during shifts immediately to the Executive Production.
- Maintain a high degree of morale, discipline, and technical expertise within the team.
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the Executive Production.
