Responsibilities:
- Execute production plan with right quality of production by ensuring optimal utilization of resources
- Co-ordination & follow up with shift in-charge & passing of necessary instructions to ensure production targets are achieved
- Analyze process down time, work on its improvement & provide necessary inputs to production team
- Assist in monthly production reports, stock reconciliation and verification by using SAP
- Monitor & stay within specific raw material & utility consumption norms. Identify opportunities for cost savings initiatives & implement
- Focus on process improvement by monitoring BCT & using tools like OSIPI / Trend miner
- Monitor SAP notifications & ensure they are closed in time
- Participation in hazop studies, MOC's, JSA's, risk assessments & manage documentation of respective areas
- Focus on incident reduction to get zero MAQ
- Participate in cross functional audits & plant inspections rounds and actions are addressed in time
- Carry out work permit audits
- Coordination with maintenance team to ensure that equipment's are properly maintained to minimize the downtime
- Efforts to reduce process waste generation, manage waste segregation & its disposition
