Position: Deputy Manager

Location: Dhar, Piramal Enterprises Limited, Plot # 67-70, Sector II, Dhar, Madhya Pradesh, 454775, 

Qualification: B. Pharma

Responsibilities:

• Allocates workmen for different workstations on shift-to-shift basis.
• Supervises the line operations and participates in Validation activities as per the protocol.
• Checks and cross-verify line clearance during Batch changeover.
• Checks the issued packing material before taking it into the production line.
• Maintains c-GMP practices along with documentation in various records.
• Fills in-process parameters/Reconciliation in packaging documentation.
• Fills and checks BPR before submission to the superiors.
• Handles minor setting issues, Serialization and aggregation in machines.
• Monitors the speed of the machine and output according to the run time.
• Imparts on job/ Classroom training to the workmen for SOP and cGMP systems.
• Monitors and reports the unauthorized movement of workmen from the line.
• Take-up the responsibilities of the immediate supervisor for the section in his absence.
• Preparation of new SOPs and updation of existing SOPs.
• Perform the investigation of market complaints and Event.
• Reports on day-to-day basis activities in SAP system.
• Verifies the balances on daily and monthly basis.
• Maintenances and calibration of various instruments and equipment.
• Participate in machine qualification activities.
• Check all the calibration tags of equipment, instruments, and fire extinguishers for their due date time to time.
• Knowledge and involvement in SFTI, OEE, DHM & 5S Activities.
• Knowledge and involvement in ISO 14000 & 13485 and EHS compliance (Near Miss reporting, UA & UC).
• Any other activity from time to time which his supervisor/company feels appropriate.
• Raise the material requisition note (MRQN) wherever extra quantity of packing material is required.
• Prepare and cross-verify the material return note (MRN) after the completion batch/product campaign.
• Prepare the line rejection note (LRN) wherever required.
• Generation of required shipper labels/Bundle labels of the product.
• Transfer the batch and do the BSR entry in the SAP system.
