The available positions are listed below:

1)Quality Assurance (IPQA)

• Position: Executive & Senior Executive

• Qualification: B. Pharm / M. Pharm / M. Sc.

• Experience: 3 to 9 Years

• Skills Required:

• Providing line clearances during manufacturing activities such as dispensing, manufacturing, visual inspection, packing, and dispatch
• Collection and submission of in-process samples, finished product samples, stability samples, control samples, cleaning samples, and other samples as described in respective procedures/batch manufacturing records and packing records/protocols
• Conducting AQL inspections and periodic inspections of control samples
• Reviewing the executed batch manufacturing records, batch packing records, and protocols
• Preparation and evaluation of the visual inspection defect set, test set, and qualification of visual inspectors
• Exposure to QMS elements (CAPA, Change control, Deviation)
• Experience in monitoring NVPC and trending
• Hands-on experience in documenting activities on the shop floor
• Planning and execution of aseptic media fill simulation activities and intervention execution

2)Quality Control

• Position: Executive

• Qualification: B. Pharm / M. Sc. (Injectables)

• Experience: 3 to 5 Years

• Skills Required:

• Responsible for creating Caliber LIMS masters
• Handling biological assays (Antifactor Xa and Antifactor IIa)
• Handling the assay of Heparin sodium and Enoxaparin sodium is preferable
• Analysis of in-process, finished product, stability, and raw material
• Handling HPLC/GC with empower software
• Handling UV Visible Instruments, KF, and Potentiometers with Tiamo Software
• Handling IR instruments, Polarimeters, Melting Point Apparatus, and Ion Chromatography
• Handling AAS instruments, ICPMS, and NMR
• Knowledge and preventive maintenance of laboratory instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV, IR, IC, AAS, ICP-MS, NMR, KF, Potentiometer, and TOC

3)Production Pharma

A)Position: Officer & Senior Officer

• Qualification: Diploma / B. Sc.

• Experience: 2 to 6 Years

• Skills Required:

• Experience in operating and cleaning a Vial Washing machine, Depyrogenation Tunnel, Automatic, Terminal sterilization, Vial Filling, Vial Sealing, and Automatic PFS filling machines
• Experience in operating and cleaning Lyophilizers using Auto Loading & Unloading Systems (ALUS)
• Exposure to aseptic process activities, aseptic techniques, aseptic filling and sealing activities, and media filling activities
• Knowledge about the execution of manufacturing and compounding activities

B)Position: Executive & Senior Executive

• Qualification: M. Pharmacy / B. Pharmacy

• Experience: 2 to 7 Years

• Skills Required:

• Hands-on experience in manufacturing, filtration, filling, lyophilization, sealing, and pre- and post-manufacturing activities
• Planning and execution of batch manufacturing activities, filling activities, lyophilization, sealing activities, and filter integrity

4)Microbiology

A)Position: Associate - PG

• Qualification: M. Sc. (Microbiology / Biotechnology)

• Experience: Freshers

• Skills Required:

• Familiarity with basic microbiology techniques
• Pass out of 2024 with a minimum of 60% marks
• Good Communication Skills

B)Position: Executive

• Qualification: M. Sc. (Microbiology / Biotechnology)

• Experience: 2 to 5 Years

• Skills Required:

• Aseptic area environmental monitoring
• Water sampling and utility monitoring
• Trend Preparation.
