Location: Dahej, Gujarat

Position: Jr. Executive/Executive – Quality Control

Experience Required: 3 to 8 years from Pharma/API industries with good academic pedigree

Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc. (Chemistry)

Job Profile:

• Analysis of In-process samples, Intermediates, Raw materials, Packing Material and Finished product and stability study samples as per prescribed specification.
• Sampling of Intermediates, Raw materials, Packing Material, Finished product and Equipment cleaning samples as per prescribed specification.
• Perform the cleaning, calibration of instruments and maintaining the record of instrument calibration.
• Preparation and standardization of volumetric solutions.
• To maintain the RM/PM/FG/Stability/In-process Inward register and usage logbook of instruments.
• Perform the qualification of working standard. Handling of working standard, reference standard and maintain the consumption record. Maintaining the reagent and chemical stock.
• Review In process data and the calibration record of Instruments. Review the data of the standardization of volumetric solutions. Handling of Instruments like HPLC, GC -HS, UV spectrophotometer, IR spectrophotometer, polarimeter, KF titrator, Auto titrator, Melting point apparatus, PH conductivity meter, tap density apparatus, etc.
• Candidate should have knowledge of wet (chemical) analysis as well as instrument analysis.
• Candidate should have knowledge of handling a variety of QC laboratory instruments like HPLC, GC-HS, IR Spectrophotometer, UV/Vis Spectrophotometer, Polari meter, Karl-Fischer titrator, Auto titrator, pH meter, Conductivity meter, Melting point apparatus, Tap density apparatus, etc.
• Candidate should be familiar with various software for analytical instruments like Lab Solutions, Empower-3, Spectra manager, Spectrum software, UV Win lab, Stability software, etc.

Preference: Candidates with API & Pharma industries experience with proven record of facing regulatory audits.
