Location: R&D Centre - Gandhinagar (Gujarat)

Time: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Position: Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL) and Bio-Pharma Executive

Experience: 3 to 8 Years

Qualification: M.Pharm / M.Sc

Job/ Skill Set:

HPLC/GC/IC method development, validation, and transfer for API, complex OSD, complex generics products like long-acting injectables, nasal sprays, peptide injections, peptide OSDs, oncology and topical products, etc. using various analytical techniques.
Expertise in peptide characterization.
Expertise in analytical method development and establishing IVIVC/IVIVR
Collaborating closely with CRD/CMD/CTL to develop and validate analytical methods using various techniques.
Exposure to regulated, semi-regulated, and India markets.
Hands-on experience with analytical instruments like HPLC, GC, ion chromatography, particle size analyzer, etc.
Proficiency with NG/LC tube, IVRT/IVPT, solid-state characterization, impurity characterization, API sameness study.
Familiarity with USP/EP/BP/IP and various current regulatory guidelines (ICH/EMA/FDA).

Hands-on experience in nitrosamine and genotoxic impurities method development, validation, and transfers by LCMS/GCMS.
Expertise in dissolution methods and F2 support, comparative evaluation of methods with innovative and generic products as per regulatory and internal and regulatory impact analysis.
Experience in dissolution method development, comparative dissolution, multimedia dissolution, and discriminating dissolution methods.
Hands-on experience in method development for STPs for API, excipients, KSM, intermediate, in-process, and formulation for all tests.
Proficiency with instrument calibrations and GXP practices.
Understanding of ICH guidance and regulatory expectations is much appreciated.
