Experience: 2 to 5 Years

Responsibilities:
- Literature survey for new and existing product development
- Conduct research & actively scan the external environment to generate ideas for new products & technologies relevant to the company's business.
- New Product development planning and execution. Define the technical specification as per marketing requirements.
- Leads process improvement to enhance product performance & customer delight.
