1) Injectable Manufacturing (Production & Packing)
Designation: Operators, Officers, Executives
Location: Pipan, Ahmedabad
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Sc / M.Pharm / B.E
Experience: 2 to 7 Years
Required Skills:
Sterile / Parenteral / Aseptic operations
Filling, Sealing, Filtration, Production QMS
Batch Manufacturing, Autoclave, Terminal Sterilization
Packing & Visual Inspection
Exposure to Ophthalmic, Vial, PFS, LYO, Cartridges, Bag lines
Machine Handling: Groninger / Optima / Bosch filling machines, Steam sterilizer (Fedegree)
2) Injectable Quality Control (QC)
Designation: Officers, Senior Officers, Executives
Location: SEZ Matoda, Ahmedabad
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Sc / M.Pharm
Experience: 2 to 7 Years
Required Skills:
GLP: Operation & Calibration of HPLC (Waters, SHIMADZU), GC, UV, FTIR, K/F, AAS, IC
RM-PM: Analysis of Raw Material & Excipients, handling of HPLC, GC (Agilent), UV, FTIR, K/F, AAS, IC
IP-FP: In-process & Finished Product Analysis, handling of HPLC, UV, FTIR, K/F, AAS, IC, Dissolution (Sotax)
