Experience Required:
Retail Field Officer: 0–3 years in sales management (specific field only)
Medical Representative: Fresher B.Sc. (Biology) & B. Pharm graduates preferred; min. 6 months pharma sales experience
Key Responsibilities:
Retail Field Officer:
Daily engagement with chemists and GP doctors
Geo-tagging and route planning
Retail activations & visibility enhancement
Doctor OPD camps and trade promotions
Medical Representative:
Promote pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals
Build relationships with doctors, pharmacists & key opinion leaders
Achieve sales targets and ensure market expansion
Provide product information to healthcare providers
Eligibility Criteria:
Retail Field Officer: Undergraduates preferred, OTC sales experience (min. 6 months)
Medical Representative: Science graduates only (B.Sc. Biology, B. Pharm), pharma sales experience preferred
