1) Quality Control
Position: Officer / Sr. Officer
Qualification: B.Pharma / MSc / BSc
Experience: 2 to 8 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Method transfer of pharmaceutical products and materials
Analysis of in-process, finished products, stability study samples, and raw materials
Sampling and testing of raw materials, packaging materials, and water samples
Calibration and handling of laboratory instruments such as GC, HPLC, and Autotitrator
Preparation and standardization of volumetric solutions and reagents
Basic knowledge of laboratory OOS, OOT, UMS, QMS, and incident management
2) Oral Solid Dosage – Manufacturing & Packing
Position: Officer / Sr. Officer
Qualification: B.Pharma / BSc
Experience: 3 to 7 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Manufacturing operations: Granulation, Compression, Coating, Capsule Filling
Packing operations: Primary & Secondary Packing (expertise in e-BPR & e-log is an advantage)
3) Associate Roles (Manufacturing & Packing)
Qualification: 10th / 12th / ITI
Experience: 1 to 10 Years
Exposure to OSD equipment: Glatt, ACG, Fette, Sejong, IMA-PG, BQS, 230 XTS, Satellite strip M/C, A300 Cartonator, Track & Trace
4) Sterile Dosage – Manufacturing & Filling
Position: Officer / Sr. Officer / Executive
Qualification: B.Pharma
Experience: 1 to 9 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Sterile exposure in manufacturing & filling
5) Associate Roles (Sterile Manufacturing & Filling)
Qualification: 10th / 12th / ITI
Experience: 4 to 10 Years
Exposure to sterile manufacturing equipment: Autoclave, filter integrity tester, 3-piece eye drop filling machine, ophthalmic manufacturing equipment
