We are expanding globally and seeking a dynamic International Business Development Manager to drive our export growth in Latin America, CIS, South East Asia, and Africa.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for export.
- Build and manage strong relationships with in International Market.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Identification of new growth segments, early market entry opportunities.
- Strong communication, negotiation and market research skill.
- Strategic Business association with country specific distributors.
- Basic understanding of country specific GMP and Regulatory requirements.
- Preparation of Production plan, supply plan and sales plan and regular tracking of the same.
- Experience of travelling overseas for business development and regulatory issues.
- Exp.: Min 5 yr in Latin America, CIS countries, South East Asian market and Africa Region.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Latin America, CIS, South East Asia, or Africa, with mandatory expertise in Dry Powder Injection. Strong negotiation, communication, and market research skills are essential, along with a strategic approach to business expansion and partnership development. Familiarity with international regulatory processes and compliance is also necessary.
