Qualification: PhD

Job Description:

Lead new product introduction in Pharma, Fine, Specialty Chemicals, and Biomolecules

Develop and scale up products while ensuring commercial viability

Oversee technology transfer from R&D to manufacturing for commercialization

Evaluate and outsource projects to suitable laboratories and technology centers

Assess backward integration and identify scope for improvement in existing processes

Support Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and prioritize projects based on business needs

Mentor scientists to develop cost-effective, safe, and environmentally friendly processes

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with key functions to understand business needs and prioritize R&D projects
• Coach and mentor team of scientists
• Extend technical and administrative support to scientists
