We are hiring for the position of Front Line Engineer – CS2 Acid Plant Maintenance.
The function includes Mechanical Maintenance, Engineering & Utility Services.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Support plant reliability through maintenance planning, energy efficiency, safety compliance, and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and execute monthly and annual maintenance plans.
Conduct root cause analysis of breakdowns and suggest improvements.
Drive preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce downtime.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory norms.
Implement and track energy-saving projects with proper documentation.
Collaborate with procurement to manage spare parts inventory.
Monitor quality adjustments required for production continuity.
Guide team on critical equipment issues and solutions.
Education: Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
Location: Kalyan, Maharashtra
Experience: 7 – 10 Years
