Qualification:

• M.Sc. (Life Science) / B. Pharmacy / Diploma / B.Sc / ITI

Desired Experience:

• Relevant experience in vaccine, biosimilars, or injectable manufacturing

• Upstream and downstream activities for bacterial or viral antigens

• Execution of production batches with GMP compliance

• Documentation for QA and QC per GMP standards

PRODUCTION FORMULATIONS (INJECTABLES)

Designation:

Qualification:

Desired Experience:

• BLENDING: Operate & maintain autoclaves, blending vessels, CIP, SIP systems

• FILLING: Shift plans for filling, operate vacuum cleaners, sterilizers, and capping

• PACKING & LABELLING: Manage labelling machines, track & trace systems, cold and deep freezers

• PROCESS EQUIPMENT: Vial washing, filling, labelling, lyophilization, etc.

Qualification:

• M.Sc. (Life Science) / B. Tech / M. Tech (Biotechnology)

Desired Experience:

• BIOCHEMICAL ASSAYS: Polysaccharides, proteins, nucleic acids, OOS/OOT investigations

• INSTRUMENTATION TESTING: HPLC, IC, aggregates, particle testing, 21 CFR Part 11, ALCOA principles

• VIROLOGY: In-vitro testing, stability studies of viral vaccines

• QMS: OOS, OOT, CAPA, audits, risk assessments, metrics, Gemba walks
