Key Responsibilities
- Plant-related HR operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for HR activities
- Handle IR, contract labor management, and statutory compliances
- HR operations: recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding/offboarding, HR policy implementation
- Payroll processing for white and blue-collar employees
- HRBP role for the unit
Key Skills Required
- Strong expertise in union handling, contract labor management, employee relations, and government liaisoning
- Strategic thinking for delivering results at the plant level
