Position:  Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager 

Department: Operations and Maintenance

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of CP, SSP, POY, and PSF plants. The role involves reporting to the Head of Department and requires expertise in power electronics, PLC, Profibus, VFD drives, winders maintenance, and electronic circuit and card repairing.

Desired Qualification: B.Tech/BE in Power Electronics

Desired Experience: 15-18 years of experience in CP, SSP, POY, and PSF, with a strong background in power electronics, PLC programming, and maintenance of various drives and equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Operation and maintenance of CP, SSP, PSF, and POY plants
• Maintenance and commissioning of transformers, MCC, PCC, HT and LT breakers, and motors
• Troubleshooting and maintenance of PLC, drives, and communication systems like Profibus and Modbus
• Expertise in power electronics, including drive programming, VFD troubleshooting, and in-house repairing
• Operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Barmag winders and other equipment
• Strong focus on quality, safety, SAP operations, and adherence to 5S principles
• Competent in project management, operation management, team management, and training
• Effective in coordinating with vendors and managing materials
• Proficient in analyzing engineering KPIs, root cause analysis (RCA), and preventive maintenance (PM)

Required Skills:

• Expertise in power electronics and PLC programming
• Experience with various drives and equipment, including SIEMENS, ALLEN BRADLEY, and others
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and manage teams
