Department: Quality Assurance

Position: Executive / Senior Executive – Quality Assurance (QMS)

Location: Indore

Experience: 2 to 5 Years

Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Tech (Relevant Field)

 

Role Description:

You will be responsible for the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of QMS activities, ensuring full compliance with GMP, ISO 22716, ISO 17025, RSPO, and internal standards. This is a hands-on role involving documentation, process audits, investigations, and quality approvals.

Key Responsibilities:

• SOP & document management
• Line clearance and RM verification
• Handling deviations, CAPA, and customer complaints
• IPQA process monitoring
• FG, IN, RM, PM approvals
• Microbial testing coordination with QC
• BMR/BPR issuance and record maintenance
• Oversight of tube and bottle filling QA activities
• Staff training and compliance monitoring

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of QMS, GMP & ISO standards
• Audit readiness & documentation accuracy
• Effective problem-solving & communication skills
