Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Executive - R&D Synthesis to join our team. As a Senior Executive, you will be responsible for planning and executing overall development work for different assigned projects and meeting project timelines. Your expertise in literature search for APIs and intermediates, developing non-infringing process for API's, cost reduction, minimizing effluent in the process, designing specifications, characterization of impurities and API's, lab validation, impurity profiling, stability studies, vendor qualification, preparation of technical package, kilo lab batches and plant demo batches, trouble shooting of commercial products will be invaluable to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and execute overall development work for different assigned projects and meet project timelines.

2. Conduct literature search for APIs and intermediates, develop non-infringing process for API's, reduce costs, minimize effluent in the process, design specifications, characterize impurities and API's, perform lab validation, impurity profiling, stability studies, vendor qualification, prepare technical package, kilo lab batches and plant demo batches, and troubleshoot commercial products.

3. Generate technical packages/development reports as per regulatory requirements.

4. Transfer technology from R&D to plant for commercialization, troubleshoot plant issues, and reduce costs.

5. Assess different projects technically and work closely with a cross-functional team.

6. Maintain records and data integrity.
