Qualification: M.Sc / B. Pharm

Experience: 2 to 6 years

Expertise Areas:

• Finished Product & Stability testing
• Analytical Instrumentation (HPLC, UV, Dissolution)
• Hands-on with LIMS, Empower, Waters HPLC systems

Microbiology Focus:

• MLT Analysis of Products & Water
• AET Tests, Microbial Assay, Environmental Monitoring

2) Department: Quality Assurance (Formulation)

Qualification: M. Pharm / B. Pharm

Position: Officer / Sr. Officer

Experience: 2 to 6 years

Expertise Areas:

• IPQA (Manufacturing & Packing)
• Shop Floor Oversight
• Equipment Audit Trail Review
• BMR/BPR Review & Line Clearance

3) Department: Production (Formulation)

Qualification: Diploma / B.Sc / ITI

Position: Technical Associate

Experience: 1 to 6 years

Expertise Areas: Manufacturing:

• Wurster (Glatt, 21 CFR SCADA)
• Pellet Coating, Bottom Spray
• Granulation (Integrated Line – GEA/Glatt)
• Compression (KORSCH, SEJONG, GEA, CADMACH)
• Liquid Manufacturing & Filling

Packing:

• Blister (Uhlmann, Elmach, BQS)
• Bottle & Bulk Packing, CVC systems
