Work Experience: Between 14-18 Years

Exposure: Manufacturing

Job Description:

Leading production planning and scheduling to achieve manufacturing targets
Ensuring timely implementation of SOPs and adherence to cGMP standards
Overseeing coordination across departments for seamless operations
Managing document review, QMS (Deviations, CAPA, Change Controls, Market Complaints)
Defining team roles, responsibilities, and performance alignment
Supporting regulatory, internal, and customer audits
Training team members on production procedures and safety standards
Maintaining workplace discipline, hygiene, and compliance practices
