1. Production Planning & Inventory Control (PPIC)
Position: Officer / Sr. Officer
Experience: 2 to 6 Years
Qualification: B.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Skills Required:
- Raise requisition for raw and packaging materials for new products
- Production of lab batch, pilot batch, stability batch, trial batch & scale-up batch
- Coordination with Production, QA, Engineering, Marketing, TSD & Commercial teams
2. Regulatory Affairs (RA)
Position: Officer / Sr. Officer
Experience: 2 to 7 Years
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Skills Required:
- Plan, compile, review & submit dossiers per country-specific guidelines
- Coordinate with respective departments
- Maintain product registration certificates
3. Business Development (BD)
Position: Sr. Executive / AM / DM
Experience: 3 to 10 Years
Qualification: Graduate / Master’s Degree
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of domestic pharma market & regulations
- Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills
- Relationship management with internal and external stakeholders
- Results-driven mindset
