Location: MPSF Plant (Unit-II), Plot No: 42-52, Phase III, TSIC, Pashamylaram, Telangana
Departments & Positions:
1. Quality Assurance / QMS / AQA – Micro / AQA – QC
- Designation: Officer / Executive
- Experience: 3–6 years
- Qualification: B. Pharm / M. Pharma / B.Sc. / M.Sc.
Key Skills:
HPLC, GC, LCMS calibration data & review- Analytical Method Validations and Method Transfers
- QMS software handling
- Equipment Qualification (IQ/OQ/CSV), Process Validation
- Environmental monitoring and plate reading techniques
- Media preparation, GPT activities
- BET & sterility documentation
- Microbial water testing and product testing
- APR / APQR report preparation
- SOP creation and QMS documentation handling (deviations, CAPA, change controls)
2. Engineering – Instrumentation
- Designation: Technician / Engineer
- Experience: 3–6 years
- Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech
Key Skills:
Troubleshooting: Washing, Tunnel, Filling, Sealing Machines, Autoclave- PLC & SCADA
- Equipment performance monitoring and trend analysis
- Automation system backup and review
- Involvement in qualification of new equipment installations
