Position: Deputy Manager
Qualification: B.E. in Chemical Engineering
Location: Mahad, Maharastra, India
Job Description
Ensure that all the processes and operations are carried out as per the standard work instructions, procedures and specifications.
Organize and schedule the shop floor activities with respect to the production plan and delivery schedule.
Debottleneck the problems encountered in operations.
Ensure effective implementation and maintenance of QMS, EMS, OHSAS and inventory management system
Manage logistics, shipping, receiving, delivery and distribution including process improvement and problem resolution.
Co-ordination with the supporting documents like safety, QA/QC, ETP, Engineering, Stores etc. for smooth operations of the plant.
Prepare the standing operating procedures and work instructions of the department.
Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity related to the product, process, quality system, environment management system, OHSAS and RC.
Training the subordinates as per the identified training needs.
Looking after complete operation & maintenance of equipment’s in production department.
Raw material consumption coefficient and yield calculation.
