Position: Manager-Process Development

Qualification: M.Sc/B.Tech/M.Tech Biotechnology or related discipline

Experience: 10 to 12 years in the development of Plasma Protein Products

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage downstream processing for plasma-derived products
Ensure timely execution of all downstream development activities
Drive scale-up activities for downstream process models
Prepare CAPEX proposals and URS for equipment procurement
Support virus validation studies by providing downscale process parameters
Implement innovative strategies to enhance existing product yields and quality
Oversee process technology transfer and deliver training to manufacturing personnel
Ensure readiness and document submission for regulatory and internal audits
Mentor and train junior team members on downstream techniques and protocols
Manage documentation including R&D BMRs, technology transfer documents (TTDs), and project reports

Note: Preference will be given to those who are having a sound knowledge and hands-on experience in Plasma Protein Products.
