Ipca Laboratories Ltd., a trusted name in the pharmaceutical industry, is expanding its API operations and inviting skilled professionals to join our team. Candidates with experience in WHO, MHRA, USFDA-approved API plants are preferred.

1) Quality Control (API)

Position: Asst. Manager / Sr. Executive

Qualification: UG/PG in relevant field

Experience: Minimum 8 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead GC, HPLC, and chemical analysis reviews
• Handle QMS (Trackwise), lab investigations, and GMP/GLP compliance
• Manage lab standards and instrument calibration
• Support internal and external audits

2) Quality Assurance (API)

Position: Chemist / Sr. Chemist

Qualification: UG/PG in relevant field

Experience: Minimum 2 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Review testing of RM, intermediates, and finished products
• Audit trail review of HPLC, GC, UV instruments
• Batch record review and GMP compliance

3) RM / PM Stores (API)

Position: Asst. Manager

Qualification: UG/PG in relevant field

Experience: Minimum 10 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead RM/PM store operations
• Maintain inventory per GMP and safety norms
• Use ERP and QMS software
• Coordinate for timely dispatch and audit readiness

4) FG Stores (API)

Position: Sr. Officer / Officer

Qualification: UG/PG in relevant field

Experience: Minimum 3 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage batch storage and dispatch
• Ensure documentation, labeling, and regulatory compliance

5) Engineering – DM Water

Position: Technician

Qualification: 12th / ITI / Diploma

Experience: Minimum 2 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain DM water plant
• Ensure GMP and safety compliance

6) Engineering – Electrical

Position: Electrician

Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Electrical (with license)

Experience: Minimum 2 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Electrical maintenance and troubleshooting
• Install and repair wiring, panels, and equipment

7) Production (API)

Position: Chemist / Technician

Qualification: 12th / ITI / Diploma

Experience: Minimum 2 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate plant equipment and monitor process parameters
• Follow BMR and ensure GMP compliance

8) Apprenticeship Opportunities

Qualification: ITI / Diploma / BE / B.Tech / Graduation
