Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring defined scope, milestones, and deliverables
Facilitate tech transfer from R&D to manufacturing for custom APIs
Ensure On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery performance
Manage internal and external stakeholders across matrix teams
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively
Maintain customer relationships through the project lifecycle
Eligibility Criteria:
Experience: 8–10 years in API or Chemical Industry
Qualification: M.Sc / MBA / Chemical Engineering
Certification: PMP preferred
Skills: Project management experience, tech transfer, manufacturing, stakeholder communication
