Interview Details:

Date: Friday, 18th July 2025

Time: 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Venue: GF, Auditorium, IPM Building, Gate No. 4, L&T Knowledge City, Ajwa Waghodia Crossing, Vadodara – 390019 

Eligibility

Education: Degree or Diploma in Engineering

Disciplines: Mechanical, Civil, Control & Instrumentation

Experience: 3–15 years in the power industry in relevant functions

Open Positions & Functions

1.Supply Chain Management

• Procurement of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and construction materials
• Vendor selection, negotiation, logistics, and expediting
• Experience with heavy-duty gearboxes, hydraulics, castings & forgings preferred

2.Manufacturing

• Shopfloor supervision for painting, coating, CNC, and fabrication
• Prioritize safety, quality (First-Time Right), and 5S housekeeping
• SAP, TQM, TPM, KAIZEN knowledge is an advantage

3.Environment, Health & Safety (EHS)

• Implement and maintain EHS standards at manufacturing units and project sites
• Conduct training and ensure compliance with safety protocols

4.Quality Management

• Develop and maintain QA/QC processes
• Conduct inspections, including NDT (UT, PT, MT, RT), welding, and third-party witness inspections

5.Store Management

• Manage site stores, GRN preparation, stock verification, and reporting
• Maintain inventory of raw materials, consumables, spares, and finished goods
