Experience: 10–12 Years (including 1–3 Years in French West Africa
Language: Fluency in French required

- Manage country P&L and optimize resource allocation
- Foster leadership and build high-performance teams
- Ensure regulatory compliance and ethical standards
- Engage key stakeholders and report to FWA Head
