1) Quality Control
- Qualification: M.Sc (Chemistry) / B.Pharm
- Experience: 2–6 years
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Physical and wet analytical tests
- Operation of HPLC, GC, UV, IR instruments
- Handling OOS, OOT situations
- Calibration of lab instruments
- Preparation and standardization of reagents
- Ensuring cGLP compliance and data integrity
2) Engineering
- Qualification: B.E / B.Tech (Instrumentation)
- Experience: 4–8 years in OSD Manufacturing
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Operation & maintenance of instrumentation: HMI, PLC, SCADA
- Knowledge of PLC, SCADA systems
- Equipment design and upgradation
- GMP compliance and audit readiness
- Leading instrumentation, electrical, and software teams
3) Production
- Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- Experience: 2–5 years
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
Technical knowledge of granulation, compression, and coating- GMP documentation
- Regulatory compliance
- Calibration and QMS involvement
