Position: Deputy Manager – HR & IR
Qualification: M.S.W (Master of Social Work)
Experience: 8+ years
Location: Dahej Plant
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain positive relations between management and workers
- Participate in union negotiations and discussions
- Handle contract labor management and vendor liaison
- Support disciplinary action processes
- Monitor Industrial Relations (IR) climate and trends
- Ensure compliance with statutory welfare provisions
- Coordinate with government bodies and contract vendors
- Promote and audit employee welfare programs
- Serve as grievance redressal point of contact
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and documentation standards
- Prepare periodic reports and maintain registers
