Position: Training Manager
Qualifications
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Pharmacy or Biological Sciences
- 10 years of pharma industry field experience
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Training Manager (corporate or field level)
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver scientific training modules and product manuals
- Design and implement domain-specific selling skills and performance frameworks
- Conduct classroom and virtual training programs for field staff
- Provide field coaching and travel to regional locations as needed
- Drive performance-oriented and compliant learning culture
Key Skills
- Instructional design & content development
- Scientific acumen and domain knowledge in Cardio/Diabetic therapy
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in adult learning methodologies
- Creativity, innovation & computer literacy
- Training delivery across formats (online, in-person, hybrid)
