We Are Hiring – Training Manager (Cardiology and Diabetology Division)
Position: Training Manager (Cardiology and Diabetology Division)
Work Location: Corporate Office, Hyderabad
Qualification: Graduate or Postgraduate in Pharmacy or Biological Sciences
Experience: Minimum 10 years in Pharma sales, including at least 1 year as a Training Manager either in the field or at corporate level
Role and Responsibilities:
- Develop scientific training content such as slide decks and manuals
- Design domain-specific skill development programs
- Conduct classroom and online training sessions
- Provide field coaching for client-facing colleagues, including travel
Key Skills:
- Understanding of adult learning and instructional design principles
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Good organizational skills
- Proficiency in computer applications
- Creativity and a knack for innovation
