Position Details:

Position: Research Associate – Synthesis (R&D)

Qualifications: M.Sc. / M.Pharm in Organic or Medicinal Chemistry

Experience4–6 years of hands-on experience in synthesis

Skills: Strong command of reaction mechanisms and organic chemistry techniques

Key Responsibilities

• Synthesize impurities, metabolites, and reference standards
• Design synthetic routes (known/unknown)
• Perform multi-step organic syntheses and optimize reactions
• Conduct literature and patent searches
• Analyze compounds via NMR, LC-MS, HPLC, IR
• Scale synthesis from milligram to gram level
• Maintain documentation and follow lab safety protocols
