Position: Head - Maintenance & Utilities (M&U)
Experience: 15-20 years, preferably in BOPET Films manufacturing (Dornier Lines)
Qualification: B.Tech/B.E.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement best-in-class maintenance strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance plant performance
- Drive innovation in maintenance and utilities practices
- Lead Capex projects, ensuring timely closure within budget
- Oversee repair and maintenance of all plant equipment
- Design and maintain effective lubrication systems
- Manage departmental R&M expenses within budget
- Optimize overall maintenance, energy, and operational costs
- Ensure compliance with mechanical integrity, process safety, change control, and pre-startup safety reviews
