📍 Work Location: Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh

Business Unit: Performance Films & Foil

Position: Mechanical & Utilities (M&U)

Qualification: B.Tech / B.E.

Experience: 15–20 years (preferably in BOPET Films manufacturing – Dornier Lines)

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Implement world-class maintenance strategies and procedures to improve plant performance
Drive innovation in maintenance and utilities practices
Lead Capex projects and ensure timely, cost-effective execution
Oversee repair and maintenance of all plant equipment
Design and maintain effective lubrication systems
Manage departmental R&M expenses within budget
Optimize maintenance, energy, and operational costs
Ensure compliance with mechanical integrity, process safety, change control, and pre-startup safety reviews
