Role Requirements:

Position: Manager - Safety (Power Plant Operation & Maintenance)

Qualification: B.Sc. / Diploma / B.Tech + ADIS / PDIS (SCTEVT – Odisha only)

Experience: 13–15 years post-PDIS

Residency: Odisha residents only

Industry Background: Power, Oil & Gas, Chemical, Steel, FMCG, Alumina, or related process industries

Location: Odisha

Responsibilities:

Safety management and legal compliance oversight
Incident investigation, emergency preparedness, contractor safety
JSA / HIRA / HAZOP execution
PTW & LOTO management
ISO 45001:2018 knowledge
Coordination across departments, safety training, and strong process safety fundamentals
Safety software and MS Office proficiency
Leadership and clear communication
