Qualification: B.Sc. / B. Pharma + MBA (Mandatory)
Experience: 3 to 15 years in Product Management with a reputed pharma company
Key Responsibilities & Attributes:
- Design brand marketing and communication strategies
- Analyze sales and market data
- Lead product launches and strategy planning
- Prepare annual marketing and promotional plans for SBUs
- Address scientific queries and conduct training
- Organize conferences and quarterly meetings
- Willing to undertake field work in various headquarters
- Team-oriented mindset for managing APM/PM functions
Essential Skills:
- Strong analytical and communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Adaptable, willing to relocate to Ahmedabad/Mumbai
- Committed to long-term growth and accepting new challenges
